Salted Egg Yolk Butter Mochi
This was a Mid Autumn Special that was sold in limited quantities. We top off our mochi with a generous shaving of salted egg and incorporate chunks in our batter to highlight the signature salted duck egg flavor. Our Salted Egg Yolk Mochi is the perfect play of salty and sweet, reminiscent of mooncake except it’s chewy.
